If your child has a dietary requirement due to a food allergy, intolerance, lifestyle choice or medical diet, please complete an online form accessible here, including photo ID and medical documentation.
Once you have completed the form, a member of the Innovate Operations or Safety Team will reach out to you to agree on a suitable menu, and allergen details will be are shared with the site Chef Manager.
