Year 1 pupils at Waycroft Academy had a fantastic day out at Cattle Country Farm Park, filled with excitement, learning, and adventure.
Pupils enjoyed a range of activities including soft play, climbing, exploring the adventure castle, and meeting and feeding a variety of friendly farm animals. The day provided a perfect blend of active fun and hands-on learning.
Everyone gathered for lunch at the shaded picnic benches, where they enjoyed their packed lunches together.
Staff praised the pupils for their excellent behaviour throughout the day.
A spokesperson for the academy said: “It was a wonderful day for everyone involved.
“The children had so much fun and engaged so well with the activities.
“We’re incredibly proud of how they represented the school – their enthusiasm and behaviour were fantastic.”
